Hey there! If you haven't noticed yet, we're sisters! At first we're hard to tell apart but once you get to know us we have completely different personalities. "I (Patches) love to walk and I like to keep a good pace." "I, (Lady) love to smell everything, could walk slowly and smell everything for a long long time." We LOVE to meet everyone, human and canine alike. If you make eye contact with us we'll try our hardest to come and meet you or get your attention. We don't like it when Julie doesn't let us say hi to everyone but we realize that she's just doing what she needs to do, I mean we are out here to do our "business". hehehe! One of our favorite parts of our walk is the end when we're in the elevator, Julie will take off our harnesses so when the door opens we can run down the hall as fast as we can and race each other to our door! We also get a treat every time we go in our crate, mmmmmmmm!

Remember when I was a "little" puppy
all cute, leggy and always quite clumsy.

I grew up, filled out and developed a strut.
I walked one step behind you, my head in your butt.

You could take me out to anywhere.
I didn't mind as long as you were there.

I made new friends, like Gweck & Beans.
We became the Oreo crew with the famous Dane lean.

If I heard a dog bark I'd let out some howls.
When you'd rub my face you could feel my wet jowls.

I'd do all that I could for your last chicken strip.
I'd sit, I'd shake, I'd beg & I'd nip.

When you left for Iowa on a week-long vacation
I tried my best to sit and be patient.

I stayed down the street with Aaron & Julie.
They would take me on walks and try to fool me
with treats, praise & bones into sticking around.
But like a compass that always points home
I turned north every chance that I found.

As time went on my strut finally slowed.
But my spirit as always continued to glow.

We'd go on long walks with Gweck, Beans & Otto
& pick up ice cream, waffles & tickets for the lotto.

As the seasons grew cold & started to freeze
I'd lay on the couch and say "but please,
let me sit this walk out." It was the cold that I hated.
As caring parents you accommodated.

When the time finally came that I needed some aid
you fitted me with a chair that had wheels & adjustments you made.

You were the very best humans a dog could possess
and did all you could to keep me from stress.

Even though I have passed, I will never depart,
my head in your butt,
my breath on your face,
my paw in your hand
& my love in your heart.

Alright I'll admit it, I LOVE Gweck and Beans. They are totally my homeboys! I also have a girlfriend, her name is Phoebe. She's a little young but I can definitely keep up with her. I love to go on walks. I just enjoy being outside. I love Chicken jerky treats, I will sit if I just smell them 'cause I KNOW Julie has them! They are my favorite. I also really love my sister Diva, we have been together for years and we really are the best of friends! I don't like to go back inside when my walks are done, I will turn around at the top of the stairs by my door and try to go back down and outside! I mean you gotta try!

Julie, our momma rescued us because our previous owners (we came from different homes) gave us up because they were having children...what were they thinking?! Hehe!

We are fun loving and outgoing. We are also known as gentle giants—we just want to be friends with everyone! We LOVE to chase each other at the park and we love to wrestle! We have 4 cat siblings, one is a boy and 3 are girls. We love to cuddle with them. They definitely keep us in check at home and don't let us get away with anything (toughies!).

Torro loves to sleep with mommy, PJ loves to get belly rubs from daddy and Jeffrey could make dough (you know—the kneading that kitties do) on mommy's belly all day long! Saké loves to hang out in the bathroom in the morning while daddy gets ready, that's when she gets her cuddle fix! We love our brothers, Gweck and Beans (they're dogs) and love to cuddle with them.
